Meeting called to order at 7:45pm.

Schofield—motion to accept last month’s minutes as amended. D. Martin—2nd. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Discussed
111 Pond St. (Amasa Dunbar House) with David Fixler and Marty Argulnik from
Temple Israel. Temple Israel owns
the property and they are considering tearing it down. Options discussed were keeping the original
stone section of the house and razing the rest of the structure or possibly
leasing the house. We invited Mr. Fixler
and Mr. Argulnik back to our February meeting for
further discussion and we will study the options in the mean time. R. Young recused himself and left the room
for this issue.
3. Steve Jackson owner of 7 Mountain St
present. He is seeking permission to demolish the house (built in 1890) and the
out buildings on the property. We toured the property on Nov. 14th
and found the house and buildings to be in very poor condition and most likely
beyond repair. The house is not on the
Commission’s inventory list. G
Hughes—motion to notify Building Inspector Joe Kent that we will not issue a
demolition delay on the house and out buildings at 7 Mountain St. S. Schofield—2nd. Passed unanimously.
4.
The developers from Pinewoods were invited to discuss the stonewalls on
their property but they did not attend.
R. Young stated that stonewalls 20 feet from a scenic road may be
protected but that falls under the Planning Board. We met with the Planning Board last week and
voiced our concerns. Everett St., which
runs through the Pinewood property is a scenic road.

sending out a RFP. G. Hughes will send
